Eric Dane
Eric Dane is a great American actor who has appeared on TV shows throughout the 1990s and 200′s. His biggest role came when he played the part of Dr Mark Sloan in the TV show Greys Anatomy. Since completing his work on Grays Anatomy, Eric has looked away from TV series and has worked on a few movie roles the past couple years. He has starred in ”Valentines Day” and ”Burlesque” which made him even popular than he already was. Despite being38 years old now, Eric is still in great shape, and that comes down to the huge amount of effort that he puts into his exercise regime.
Staying in great shape is important for Eric, because there is no doubt in the near future he is going to be seen in a lot of magazines without his shirt on, and probably in a lot of movies too. Most men will look at pictures of him and think that they will never be able to look that good, and that is true, for those men that is. For the men out there who have the right attitude, you can just about achieve any type of body that you like. There is no secret ingredient in this world that has magically transformed Eric’s body in to an object of lust over night – the only secret here is that he has put in hours and hours of hard work in order to achieve that type of body, and if you aren’t prepared to do the same, then you will never see the same results either.
A body like Eric’s could be achieved through a high intensity cardio workout, which is no doubt the focus behind lot of Eric’s workouts too – he needs to get a lot of cardio work done so that any fat on his body is literally burnt away, revealing his perfect body.
As we said before, if you want this type of body, then you have to work hard for it, and if you don’t think you can work hard for it, then don’t bother AT ALL. This type of body is within your reach, you just have to want it enough.
